Urgent Medical Problems

If you need to be seen urgently and there are no appointments available, please speak to a receptionist who will arrange for you to be seen or spoken to as appropriate. However, without an appointment this may mean you have to wait longer to see a doctor.
There is no "drop in" surgery and walking into the Practice will not guarantee you an appointment.

 Out of hours (weekends and night cover)

  • If you have an urgent medical situation outside the Surgery times and need to speak to a doctor, please ring SELDOC (South East London Doctors On Call) on 020 8693 9066
  • In the event of an accute collapse or dire emergency, dial 999
  • If you need advice but don't need to speak to a Doctor, NHS DIRECT a 24 hour nurse led advice service is available on 0845 46 47
  • Alternatively, you may wish to access the NHS "Walk-In-Centre" at Gracefield Gardens Walk-in-Centre on 1st Floor, 2-8 Gracefield Gardens, Streatham, London SW16 2ST. No appointment is needed. Opening times are from 8am - 8pm, For more information you may ring 020 3049 4888
