Transport For Hospital Appointments
Hospital transport is no longer booked by the surgery - for non emergency transport booking please contact the Patient Assessment Centre (PAC) based at Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust on 020 7188 3888.
This service provides free transport for Kings College Hospital as well as Guy's and St. Thomas' Hospital. Please ensure when booking transport you make the request up to four working days in advance.
The PAC at Guy's and St. Thomas' is a well established service led by nurses and aims to provide a service which ensures that decisions about patients' eligibility for free transport are fair and consistent.
